Chief Financial Officer (New York)

Rapidly growing multi-strategy alternative investment platform seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its senior leadership team.

Founded just a few years ago, the firm has scaled to approximately $600MM in AUM across a diverse mix of long/short and illiquid investment strategies. The organization maintains a highly sophisticated infrastructure while operating with the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a lean team.

Highlights of the opportunity

• Senior leadership role reporting directly to firm principals
• Oversight across hedge funds, SMAs, SPVs, and affiliated entities
• Exposure to equities, credit, derivatives, and private/illiquid investments
• Opportunity to build and enhance institutional‑grade finance, operations, and reporting infrastructure
• Broad mandate spanning fund accounting, treasury, investor reporting, tax coordination, systems implementation, and strategic business partnership
• Hybrid schedule (2 days in office)

Target total compensation: $400K–$500K

Targeting a hands‑on CFO or senior finance executive with deep alternative asset management experience and a track record of operating successfully in entrepreneurial, high‑growth environments.
