This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential — top performers regularly earn six figures!

Office Location:
- 5 Minutes from New York State border (Rockland County)
- 15 Minutes from Gov Mario Cuomo Bridge (Tappan Zee)
- 25 Minutes from Hackensack, NJ
- 35 Minutes from Monroe-Woodbury, NY
Work Setting:
- In-Person: Enjoy the camaraderie of an office setting.
- Additional hours may be required during peak seasons (e.g., Open Enrollment )
- Non-Seasonal Employment: Steady and reliable job security
Your Role:
- Help clients understand and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
- Work warm inbound leads (no cold calling) and build your own book of business
- Stay informed on CMS updates and carrier plan changes
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after enrollment
- Keep detailed and accurate records in our CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
- Clean Background: This position requires an active health insurance license (Company will assist in obtaining licensing for potential applicants)
- Experience in Medicare /Health Insurance sales preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and sales tools
