Job Description We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consultative full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder management, and proactive sourcing and a proven ability to advise business leaders, engage passive talent, and deliver consistent hiring outcomes. Responsibilities: Actively recruit for a wide variety of positions across experienced talent segments. Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review. Source and network to attract passive candidates and build robust pipelines. Advise business leaders on market conditions, talent availability, and recruiting strategies. Manage candidate relationships and guide them through approvals, offer, and onboarding activities. Proactively communicate with stakeholders to keep complex hiring processes moving forward. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strategic business acumen and the ability to serve as a trusted talent advisor. Strong communication and relationship management with consistent expectation setting. Execution and resilience to manage competing priorities and complex recruiting processes. Proactive candidate engagement and stakeholder management through follow-up and relationship building. Strong ownership, adaptability, and stakeholder management capability. 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for experienced or niche roles. Preferred Skills: Experience advising senior stakeholders with data-driven market insights. Proficiency with sourcing tools, CRM/ATS platforms, and talent market research.
