The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is looking for a motivated Apprentice Automotive Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Person to join our growing parts and service team .

You'll receive paid, hands-on training while learning every aspect of a busy dealership parts department with opportunities to grow into a Parts Advisor, Parts Manager, or other leadership roles.

What You'll Do

Learn to order, receive, stock, and bill automotive parts
Assist technicians and retail customers with parts requests
Help manage inventory and organize stock
Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
Assist with parts deliveries and pickups
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Learn dealership parts operations from experienced professionals

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong customer service and communication skills
Computer skills and attention to detail
Automotive parts or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required
Logistics or inventory experience is a plus
Flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays
Valid Driver's License with good driving record
High School Diploma or GED required
