Patient Services & Scheduling Specialist

Novant Health, a leading healthcare provider in the Charlotte area, is seeking a clerical professional to record patient demographics, insurance data, charges and collections with accuracy. You will schedule patient appointments and support multiple administrative functions through cross-training. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of medical office clerical experience, and strong communication and confidentiality skills, with proficiency in EPIC and payor #J-18808-Ljbffr
