We're seeking professional Unarmed Security Agents to support client locations throughout Nassau County. This is an active, highly visible role for individuals who remain alert, exercise sound judgment, and take pride in representing themselves and the company with professionalism. This is not a static post. Approximately 60-70% of your shift will be spent outdoors conducting foot patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents as they arise. Every shift presents new challenges, making this an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy staying engaged and making a meaningful impact. Multiple assignments are available throughout Nassau County, including Greenvale, Roslyn Heights, Great Neck, Cedarhurst, and Woodmere. Placement will be based on operational needs and business requirements. What You'll Do Conduct proactive foot patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment Maintain a highly visible security presence Monitor and control access to client properties Identify, assess, and respond appropriately to suspicious activity Enforce site policies and security procedures Respond professionally to alarms, emergencies, and critical incidents Assist employees, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely incident reports Required Qualifications Valid New York State Security Guard License Ability to work assignments throughout Nassau County, including Greenvale, Roslyn Heights, Great Neck, Cedarhurst, and Woodmere Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset Proven reliability and strong work ethic High School Diploma or GED Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to successfully complete all required screenings and pre-employment training Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in one or more of the following environments are strongly encouraged to apply: Corporate Security Commercial Office Buildings Luxury Residential Buildings Residential Communities Executive Protection Support Healthcare Facilities Educational Institutions Houses of Worship Critical Infrastructure High-Net-Worth Residential Security Access Control & Patrol Operations Why GLOBAL OPS?
