The qualified applicant should have a minimum of three (3) years’ legal experience, preferably inCriminal and must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar. The Attorney will berequired to represent clients in various types of court hearings, and multiple dockets in Gulf, Holmes, Bay, Jackson, Calhoun and/or Washington counties. The applicant may be based in the Marianna or Panama City offices. The position is a full-time State of Florida position with attendant state benefits with asalary range commensurate with the successful applicant's experience.
