Product Manager

As a digital lending product leader at Level20, you’ll lead a team responsible for the digital product strategy, roadmap, and continued evolution of Oriel, our newly launched personal loan product. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end digital lending journey, from application and origination to the ongoing borrowing experience, using customer insights, product performance, and business outcomes to guide the product team’s priorities and direction while maintaining a customer‑focused approach as the business scales. You’ll work cross‑functionally with technology, operations, compliance, marketing/acquisition, and business leadership to influence priorities and help guide key decisions that impact the growth of the business. As Oriel continues to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to define what’s next, leading digital product strategy for an emerging lending business and helping shape the experiences, capabilities, and outcomes that drive its future success. This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH (Office Location: 800 W St Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, OH 44113) with free parking. Work‑from‑home days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday). Minimum Qualifications High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 11 years of professional work experience managing the definition and delivery of digital products or services {Or} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 8 years of professional work experience managing the definition and delivery of digital products or services.
