Job Description

As a Deburr Operator, you will perform both manual and mechanical deburring on machined aerospace components, ensuring that edges, holes, and surfaces meet blueprint and workmanship requirements. You will inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify dimensional and visual conformance.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and mechanical deburring on machined aerospace components.

• Inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T to ensure compliance with customer and aerospace standards.

• Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming conditions in accordance with quality procedures and AS9100 requirements.

• Handle, clean, and protect parts properly to prevent damage, contamination, or defects during deburr and inspection processes.

• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives.

This is a Contract position based out of Erlanger, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
