Monday–Friday | 6 am to 2:30 pm plus OT as needed Saturdays as needed | 6 am - noon Pay $18 per hour

Responsibilities For Painter:

• Set up and operate the powder painting operation.
• Spray powder-coated paint using standard industry practices.
• Load and unload parts onto the powder paint line when not in the paint booth.
• Measure parts for identification and properly label them with ID tags.
• Operate and maintain the paint booth system; monitor gauges and equipment to detect issues.
• Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of paint color samples.
• Troubleshoot issues during the paint process.
• Use inspection and measurement equipment to maintain quality standards.
• Enter labor reporting data into the computer system.
• Work safely and follow all company safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to work on your feet for 6+ hours (8+ during OT).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work in temperature variations (non-climate controlled shop floor).
