Location: Orange, VA Shifts: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon–Fri) 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Mon–Fri) Pay: Starting at $17.37/hour What You’ll Do Operate conventional and CNC production machinery, including winders, milling machines, lathes, grinders, drill presses, saws, and more Set up, monitor, and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, deburring, and polishing to meet strict quality standards Apply knowledge of material properties, cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and coolant usage Inspect finished components to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What You Bring Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar manufacturing role Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines and controls Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications 2–4 years of hands-on machining experience Welding knowledge or experience Background working in a manufacturing or production setting Why Join Us?
