Position Highlights Handle a diverse caseload of workers' compensation matters from inception through resolution. Represent employers, insurance carriers, and self-insured entities in administrative hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings. Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement agreements. Develop litigation strategy while working directly with experienced partners and clients. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction (or ability to obtain admission promptly). Minimum 2 years of workers' compensation litigation experience . Strong legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Experience managing cases independently while collaborating effectively with a legal team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
