ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was a high school football coach, an experience that shaped my approach to leadership, accountability, and teamwork. I'm a proud Texas A&M graduate, married with three grown children and three grandchildren, and enjoy golfing and hunting in my free time.

Giving back is important to our agency. We're involved with Rotary and enjoy supporting our local schools, Chamber of Commerce, and other community initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Brian Lane - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
