Architectural Designer

We are a design-forward, construction-driven architecture studio primarily working on high-end interior renovations in New York City. Our work is focused on full interior gut renovations of single-family apartments, often in complex pre‑war buildings requiring innovative design solutions and smart project management strategies. We sit at the critical intersection of design, engineering, and execution—design ideas are only as strong as their ability to be built. Clients repeatedly refer and recommend us because we deliver a more integrated experience across design, documentation, and construction, with a strong emphasis on constructability, coordination, and client clarity. This white-glove experience lowers client stress and speeds up construction while lowering budgets. We are looking for an Architectural Designer II who can operate with independence, think ahead, and contribute to both project execution and the growth of the company. Our internal standards are strong and we need someone who can produce and push the envelope. The ideal candidate will have experienced larger firms and wants to take best practices to a growing company where they can apply learnings to have real impact. You will be part of building something, not just working within it. Role Description This is a full-time, in-person position based in Columbus Circle, NYC. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of projects—from early design through construction—and will play a role in improving how we document, coordinate, and deliver work as a firm.
