Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a high level of machinery knowledge.
• Form metal parts according to project specifications.
• Track quantity and quality of work.
• Prepare parts for next production steps.
• Ensure that the machinery is performing as intended.
• Keep a clean, orderly work area.
• Work safely and always wear personal protection equipment.
• Take instruction from shift leads and more experienced operators.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have 2+ Years of Direct & Recent CNC Punch Press and Press Brake Operation experience. (Machines: Cincinnati & Shripit Preferably)
• Must have proven knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Must have CNC Press Brake Experience. (Laser Cutting and Turret Punching Experience is Highly preferred)
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project documentation. (Blueprints)
• Basic math skills.
• Thorough understanding of the CNC processes.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
