Human Resources Generalist

As a Human Resources Generalist at RXO, you will communicate workplace goals and deliver appropriate action plans for implementation. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Support a successful onboarding experience and practices by partnering with the Learning and Development team and understanding business needs and demands Conduct exit interviews and capture data to build trends for continuous improvement Lead the day‑to‑day support of HR data changes in collaboration with a shared services team Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures; review and analyze data in Excel as needed Support a values‑based culture by driving the highest level of employee engagement and coordinating local engagement committee activities Analyze employee feedback data, build trends and actionable items, and lead employee roundtable discussions Support various HR duties, including reasonable accommodation requests and drafting pertinent communications at the site and corporate levels on the internal social platform Support the leader skip‑level feedback process, training compliance, and related activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience At least 1 year of experience as an HR generalist or an equivalent combination of education and experience Functional knowledge of payroll software, HRIS programs, and Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Bilingual communication in Spanish, both verbal and written, is preferred Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match up to 5% Life and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid time off, company holidays and volunteer days Tuition reimbursement program Career and leadership development programs Pre‑tax accounts to help streamline eligible expenses Company Culture RXO is committed to inclusive teamwork and continuous learning.
