Key Account Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Key Account Specialist to join Galdisa USA. This role is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting both retail and ingredient portfolios within assigned territories.The ideal candidate is experienced in account management, sales strategy, and customer engagement within the food, retail, or consumer packaged goods industries. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with customers, brokers, operations, and leadership to help expand market presence and strengthen long-term partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow relationships with prospective and existing customersPresent and promote Galdisa’s retail and ingredient portfoliosManage customer accounts, pricing quotes, contracts, and negotiationsPrepare and execute RFQ/RFP/Bid submissionsMaintain strong communication with customers regarding products, pricing, and servicesAchieve assigned sales quotas and KPI objectivesProvide regular reporting, forecasting, and sales analysis to leadershipCollaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Technical, and Accounting teamsAttend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry eventsStay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and customer opportunitiesAssist with merchandising, planning, and promotional activitiesQualificationsRequired Experience3–5 years of experience in sales and account managementExperience in the food industry, retail sales, or consumer packaged goods preferredBackground in field sales, contract negotiations, and customer relationship managementExperience preparing presentations and managing bid/RFP processesEducationBachelor’s Degree preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesHigh level of professionalism and emotional intelligenceStrong planning, reporting, and organizational skillsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced sales environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)Experience with CRM systems; NetSuite experience is a plusLanguage RequirementsBilingual Spanish required (speak, read, and write) #J-18808-Ljbffr
