Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN for the Outpatient Clinic specializing in Urology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in an outpatient urology clinic setting.

Manage a patient load of 6-8 patients efficiently to ensure timely care.

Utilize EMR systems, specifically Epic, to document patient information accurately.

Handle Foley catheter insertion and management for urology patients.

Perform patient teaching and family education related to urology care.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license in the state of Washington or Compact State.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Previous outpatient clinic experience, particularly in a urology setting.

Epic charting experience required; candidates must be proficient.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Must have travel experience and be a seasoned traveler with flexibility in fast-paced environments.
