We work hard to earn the respect and trust of our customers and take pride in providing a world-class shopping experience through sales, service, and parts.Brinson Auto Group Offers:Great PayMany benefitsOutstanding Work EnvironmentAdvancement OpportunitiesJob SummaryA Lube Technician performs vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.Specific Job-Related Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filtersPerform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levelsCommunicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the Service Advisor liaisonComplete multipoint inspection worksheetMaintain value, quality, and integrityGeneral Company Related Duties and ResponsibilitiesReport to work within acceptable time frames and company standardsMaintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkersQualificationsMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMust be able to lift items up to 50-75 lbs.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and computers.Ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.Preferred, working knowledge of car parts and the tools used for cars.Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Working ConditionsThe employee will work indoors and outdoors in an auto shop environment.While this list is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current job, this is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.
