Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Overview Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in our Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, service, and sell within an existing customer base. This physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining a professional and safe work environment. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications Active driver's license and meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification obtained prior to first day of employment. Proof of previous employment documentation. Physical ability to meet the demands of the position. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service. Strong customer‑service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Compensation Estimated total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, based on base salary plus earned commissions, skill set, experience, and performance.
