Competitive compensation Sign on and relocation assistance CE allowance and professional development support Employee assistance programs Abundant housing options Access to top rated school systems Year-round sunshine and outdoor activities In your day to day, you will: Manage complex internal medicine cases spanning GI, hepatobiliary, infectious disease, endocrine, hematologic, and respiratory conditions Perform and/or order diagnostics such as ultrasound, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and CT Coordinate with specialty and emergency teams on shared patients and transfers Mentor technicians and assistants as part of daily case management Pursue growth opportunities in ultrasound proficiency, IR procedures, and electrochemotherapy (ECT) training Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations Contribute to a positive, team focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning What You Bring DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure Board Certification in Small Animal Internal Medicine (DACVIM) Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client centered approach A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, teaching, and advancing specialty medicine Join Us At Ethos, this isn't just a job.
