Warehouse Associate

Location: Twinsburg, OH
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for unpacking, picking, packaging, and shipping IT hardware to stores and field service technicians. This is a fast-paced, physically active position that requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently while meeting scheduled deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Unpack, pick, package, and ship IT hardware to stores and field service technicians.
• Ship IT hardware according to scheduled deadlines.
• Receive and store equipment.
• Process shipped and returned equipment.
• Accurately record product serial numbers.
• Maintain work areas in a clean, neat and orderly condition.
• Constant walking and standing.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Constant lifting less then 30lbs but occasionally lifting up to 80lbs with assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse or related work experience
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking and standing throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Regular lifting of items under 50 lbs.
• Occasional lifting of up to 80 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment
