- Diagnose and repair transmission issues in a variety of vehicles.
- Install, remove, and replace transmissions efficiently and accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on transmission systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate findings clearly.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Proven experience as a Transmission Installer or in a similar role.
- ASE certification in Transmission Repair is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and transmission components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
