The Assistant Store Manager supports store operations by supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is key to driving sales performance and maintaining smooth daily activities while fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate store staff to meet performance standards
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor sales and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain appealing visual merchandising displays
- Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with policies
- Implement loss prevention measures to safeguard assets
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail management
