HVAC Counter Inside Sales Rep

As our Counter Inside Sales Rep, you'll help our residential and commercial clients place equipment orders and select the right products for their needs. We're looking for a polite and professional person who can explain the benefits of our products (we will train you), efficiently take orders, and review tickets and invoices for accuracy. You'll work with internal departments to quickly resolve any issues, handle returns and warranties, and provide great customer experiences.

Would you thrive as our Counter Inside Sales Rep? Here's what you'll need:

• Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Current physical DOT card
• Clear, effective, and professional communication skills

A college degree and experience in the HVAC industry (or a similar trade) would be great to have, but aren't required.
