QuadMed is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist to join the outpatient team at the Kohl's Wellness Center in Edgewood, Maryland. This is a 20-hour per week role offering strong work-life balance within a supportive and growing team environment.

About the Role

You will provide direct one-on-one patient care in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting, treating patients across all age groups. The caseload includes general orthopedic care alongside work comp, industrial rehab, ergonomics, and workplace wellness services. Appointments average 45 minutes, allowing for quality individualized care. The health center supports professional growth and encourages clinicians to develop specialties or pursue relevant certifications.

Schedule

The health center is open Mondays and Thursdays from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Tuesdays from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Wednesdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Clinicians have full flexibility to choose their schedule within those operating hours.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is in the range of $48 to $51.75 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible for Maryland state licensure as a Physical Therapist. A minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist is required, and three years of outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred. Availability of 20 hours per week is required. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
