Ingredients: Key Responsibilities Drive Sales and Profitability: Lead the store to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional financial performance. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team while fostering a positive work environment. Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure every customer receives outstanding service and a premium brand experience. Operational Oversight: Manage daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards. Business Planning and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, implement strategies for growth, and communicate results to leadership. The Perfect Blend What We’re Looking For Management experience in a retail or hospitality service environment. Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, POS systems, and handheld/laptop devices). Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
