Nexeo HR is seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join a custom fabrication and manufacturing shop in North Las Vegas, NV. This company specializes in precision CNC cutting, routing, and design services, supporting projects ranging from one-off prototypes to full production runs for industrial, commercial, and artistic applications.

This role is ideal for a Finish Carpenter with strong cabinetmaking, woodworking, and precision carpentry experience who is comfortable working in a CNC-supported fabrication environment. Responsibilities

• Assemble and construct custom cabinets, cabinetry components, wood products, and finish carpentry projects
• Support fabrication of custom signage, display components, artistic builds, and industrial parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, CAD-based layouts, and detailed measurements
• Perform precision cutting, fitting, sanding, and assembly work
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools including saws, drills, routers, and sanders
• Occasionally operate or assist with CNC cutting and routing machines
• Collaborate with fabrication, CNC, and production teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finish carpentry, cabinetmaking, woodworking, or custom fabrication
• Experience with mixed materials: wood, plastics, foam (metal experience a plus)
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and shop layouts
• High attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality craftsmanship
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or fabrication shop environment
• Reliable work history with strong attendance
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to follow direction
• Prior exposure to CNC-assisted fabrication is a plus (not required)

Pay
$22.00 per hour

Schedule
Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
