Location: Stafford, Virginia

Shift: 1:00pm to 9:30pm

Pay Range: $13.00 – $16.00/hour (based on experience)

6-month contract to hire role and the position will convert at $21.00 an hour

Overview / Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with strong equipment operation and inventory control experience. This role is responsible for safely and accurately selecting, moving, and managing inventory using powered industrial equipment and warehouse systems. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling both physical and system-driven tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners and WMS systems
• Operate equipment including Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Dock Stocker
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Identify, report, and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Receive, replenish, and monitor inventory levels
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse using powered and non-powered equipment
• Load and unload outbound shipments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support quality control processes and ensure accurate order fulfillment

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of inventory control experience , including:
• Cycle counting
• Inventory discrepancy reporting
• Receiving inventory
• Monitoring stock levels
• Minimum 6 months experience using WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder, JDA, Red Prairie)
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse technology
• Background in warehouse operations including picking, shipping, and outbound logistics
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
