Billing Specialist | Full-Time

Description Responsible for timely submission of claims to insurance companies for a variety of medical services and providers, as well as monitoring and ensuring payments for medical services are received in a timely manner. In addition, reviews claim for accuracy, compliance, and completeness determined by contracts and payers. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills to include oral comprehension, oral expression, written comprehension, and written expression. Outstanding public relations/customer service experience. High level of personal presentation. Ability to maintain accuracy with interruptions. Ability to use sound judgement and cope with potentially stressful situations. Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values (e.g., efficiency & financial responsibility, safety, partnership & service, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and trust & respect).
