Frontend Engineer

Job Description Front End Next.JS/ React Developer Responsibilities Develop and deploy a robust and intuitive user interface. Assist in the design and implementation of core features for the automated application screening and intelligent scoring system, focusing on user-facing application. Collaborate closely with TA team, product managers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and a seamless user experience. Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code using Next.js and React within an agile development environment. Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces. Assist with integrating the new system with existing platforms, including Greenhouse ATS. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the application. Contribute to technical documentation and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Solid experience with React frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Create React App). Proficiency in designing and developing responsive and intuitive user interfaces. Good understanding of consuming RESTful APIs. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) is highly desirable. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus. Familiarity with backend technologies is beneficial but not required. Demonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and efficient code. Strong problem-solution skills and attention to detail.
