? Contract Length: Up to full 2026–2027 school year

?? Hours: 37.5 hours/week

?? Pay Rate: $65/hour (Local)

Position Overview

We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide evaluation and therapy services to students in a school-based setting. The OT will be responsible for assessing student needs, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, and documenting services in alignment with each student’s individualized plan of care.

Assignment Options

• 0.8 FTE OT ?? August 27, 2026 – June 18, 2027?? South/Central Seattle

• 1.0 FTE OT ?? October 2026 – March 2027?? 2 Elementary Schools

• 0.8 FTE OT ?? November 2026 – May 2027?? 2–3 Elementary Schools

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct student evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement therapy plans

• Deliver occupational therapy services in school settings

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Minimum Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington

• At least 1 year of OT experience (school-based preferred)

• Experience working with pediatric or school populations

• Compliance with professional standards of practice

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Required Credentials

• CBT license

• CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB clearance (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X-ray)

• Current health certificate (per state/contract requirements)

• CPI certification (must be obtained within first 30 days)

• Completion of in-house orientation prior to start
