Job Summary:
The Outpatient Physical Therapist position is located in Alpharetta, Georgia. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring safe and effective patient care. Candidates are required to bring their valid Georgia Physical Therapist license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (24-40 hours per week).
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; Valid Georgia Physical Therapist license; CPR Certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with student supervision and professional development activities.
- Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, documenting medical records accurately and timely, and participating in ongoing professional development. Candidates should adhere to state practice acts, maintain licensure in good standing, and follow organizational performance improvement initiatives. The position requires clinical reasoning skills, compliance with regulatory standards, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
