The Full-Stack Developer will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the company's internal business applications and technology platform. This position is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing software solutions that improve business operations and the overall user experience. Working closely with technical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the successful candidate will translate business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions while helping shape the future of the organization's technology landscape. Develop, enhance, and maintain internal web applications and business systems. Design, build, test, and deploy new features that improve the user experience and business efficiency. Troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following development best practices. Manage and optimize relational databases to support business applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Partner with senior technical leadership on application architecture, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support integrations between business systems, reporting tools, and data platforms. Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and ongoing system enhancements. Qualifications 2–4 years of professional experience in full‑stack software development. Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting web‑based applications. Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational SQL databases. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Ability to work collaboratively while also managing projects independently. A proactive developer who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through deployment. A creative problem solver with a passion for building scalable, user‑focused solutions.
