Estimator For Steel Erection Projects HCS is currently seeking an Estimator for Steel Erection Projects. The Estimator will be responsible for Estimating and Pre-Construction for a large variety of commercial and industrial structural steel projects. Responsibilities include: Estimating and quantity take-offs Preparing and managing bid packages Scheduling Cost control Managing RFI Subcontractor management Client relations Procurement Bid analysis and quality control Requirements include: 1+ years' structural steel or miscellaneous metal estimating project experience required Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word Experience with Bluebeam or relevant estimating software a plus Experience with Fabtrol or Fabsuite a plus Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously Ability to work in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
