Restaurant Manager

Chili’s in Coralville is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a fun, high-energy, full-service environment. You’ll oversee front- and back-of-house teams, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and uphold Chili’s standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, and coaching team members; managing inventory, labor, and cost controls; and handling guest feedback. You’ll support local marketing efforts, drive sales, and help develop future leaders while growing your own career within a well-known, stable restaurant brand.
