Front Desk Receptionist
Front Desk Coverage
- Welcome and check in candidates arriving for interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional first impression
- Welcome and check in new hires on their start date and throughout onboarding-related visits
- Assist new hires with immediate needs upon arrival (directions, materials, escorting to appropriate locations, etc.)
- Provide parking validations for candidates and new hires as needed
- Serve as a general point of contact for front desk inquiries, directing visitors and calls appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk/reception area
Onboarding Support
- Assist the Talent Acquisition/HR team with onboarding processes for new hires
- Help ensure new hire paperwork, badges, and required documentation are collected and processed correctly
- Support coordination of new hire schedules, orientation logistics, and related onboarding activities
- Partner with the onboarding team to troubleshoot and resolve new hire questions or issues as they arise
- Assist with additional onboarding-related tasks and special projects as needed
