What You’ll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in keeping customer and operational records accurate, organized, and secure. You’ll work closely with our Customer Support team to support daily operations.

Manage Data

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and operational information across databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
• Keep digital files, records, and logs organized and securely maintained.

Ensure Quality

• Review data for completeness and identify discrepancies.
• Verify entered data against source documents.
• Flag recurring data issues and support corrections at the source.

Work as a Team

• Communicate proactively with management and the Customer Support team to resolve errors and clarify missing information.
• Follow Company data handling, confidentiality, and security practices.
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior professional experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software, including Excel and internal databases.
• When assigned to remote work: a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Work Environment
This role is based in a professional office environment, using standard office equipment such as computers, laptops, phones, and photocopiers.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:

• Remain seated or standing in a stationary position for extended periods of the workday.
• Move about the office to access files, office equipment, and meeting spaces.
• Read documents and operate a computer, databases, and other office tools.
• Communicate with colleagues and customers and exchange accurate information.
• Operate a computer, phone, and other office equipment.
