Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to PCU patients, including frequent assessment and monitoring of clinical status
- Administer medications and manage IV therapies per physician orders; ensure accurate documentation
- Interpret vital signs and lab data; identify early deterioration and respond promptly to emergencies
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the multidisciplinary team; participate in rounds and care planning
- Educate patients and families on plan of care, discharge instructions, and follow-up needs
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the electronic health record; adhere to safety and hospital policies

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent PCU or progressive care experience
- Active RN license in Georgia (or eligible for licensure per state requirements)
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certification (as specified)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and a 2x3 schedule
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
