Front Office ReceptionistWe are seeking a reliable and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our busy medical practice and surgery center. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients, both in person and over the phone.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing phone calls in a courteous and efficient mannerScheduling appointments and verifying insurance eligibilityPatient check-in and check-outHandling medical records and patient data entryPosting charges and payments accuratelyAssisting with various administrative duties as assignedEssential Skills and Qualifications:Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectivelyEnergetic, professional, and positive attitudeExcellent communication, telephone, and computer skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesPersonable and empathetic with patients and their needsTeam player with a collaborative mindsetPrior experience with medical insurance and front office procedures1 year of experience as a medical receptionist preferredBenefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife and Disability Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEarned Time OffEmployee DiscountUniform AllowanceMonday to Friday schedule
