As a Registered Nurse in our Staffing Pool, your insights and contributions to patient care are highly valued and encouraged at every level. Whether through collaborative interactions with your direct supervisor or more structured roles in hospital councils and national nursing initiatives, you will play a key role in shaping decisions that enhance patient outcomes and the nursing profession.

Position Overview and QualificationsThis role involves providing leadership that promotes the comfort and well-being of patients in both facility and home environments. You will apply the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document care and education for patients and their families. You will also carry out medically prescribed interventions.
Qualifications Required:- Essential Education: Completion of an accredited RN program
- Preferred Education: Associate Degree from a two-year college or technical institution
- Mandatory License: Current registered nurse licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; compact license may apply, and verification with NCBON is required; BCLS certification
- Preferred License: National certification in a relevant specialty
- Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a facility or home care setting
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment
