Job Title Assembler 2 Responsibilities Responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under direct supervision. Communicate production issues and process disruptions to leadership to enable timely resolution and minimize operational downtime. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to maintain workflow continuity. Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely in accordance with established procedures, supporting efficient and compliant production processes. Maintain a strong focus on product integrity and workplace safety. Set up and adjust equipment based on precise manufacturing requirements, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with quality standards. Monitor equipment functionality to sustain production efficiency. Inspect output for defects and execute appropriate actions, including scrap or rework, to uphold quality expectations. Maintain accurate production records and utilize basic computer systems for documentation while adhering to safety and environmental standards. Qualifications High School Diploma or vocational training required. No prior experience necessary. No certifications are required. Demonstrated knowledge or interest in Environmental Health and Safety principles and core manufacturing practices. Applies basic digital literacy to support production tasks and documentation. Skilled or familiar with machine operations, equipment setup, and precision machining practices. Supports quality monitoring and record‑keeping to ensure compliance with production and operational standards. Location & Schedule This is an onsite role. 1st Shift. Operate in the company’s facilities.
