Job Description

The Forklift driver operates production equipment, performs a variety of manufacturing and general labor tasks, and supports multiple departments to keep the production line running smoothly. This role focuses on following established processes, maintaining high quality standards through regular inspections, and contributing to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment by learning and executing a range of duties across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Perform general manufacturing and production line duties, including assembly, packaging, packing, and labeling of products.
• Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.
• Learn and adhere to all production processes, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Cross-train in multiple roles and departments to support operational needs and increase overall team productivity.
• Handle materials throughout the facility, including loading, unloading, picking, and moving items as needed.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring tools such as tape measures to complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Assist with machine operation and basic troubleshooting to maintain continuous production flow.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
