Job Title: Controls Technician II Company: The Agency Recruiting (Partnered HVAC Mechanical Company) Location: Colorado Springs, CO Salary: $36/hr to $50/hr (Based on Experience and Certifications) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: Our partnered HVAC Mechanical Company, in collaboration with The Agency Recruiting, is actively seeking a Controls Technician II to join their growing team in Colorado Springs, CO . Key Responsibilities: Install, program, test, and commission Building Automation Systems (BAS), specifically utilizing Tridium Niagara/Niagara N4 platforms. Troubleshoot and repair complex control systems for HVAC and related mechanical systems. Interpret mechanical, electrical, and control drawings and specifications. Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases. Maintain proper documentation and generate service reports and logs. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with company standards, industry codes, and safety regulations. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in BAS or HVAC controls. Tridium Niagara/Niagara N4 Certification is REQUIRED. Solid understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical controls. Proficiency with control systems integration and networking protocols (BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
