Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk who has worked with SAP to join our team in Midlothian, TX 76059. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are shipped accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring all items are secure and labeled correctly.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve shipping issues and delays.
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations during shipping processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using shipping software and basic computer applications.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
