Support Specialist

A local insurance company is seeking a detail-oriented Support Specialist to join their team in Grimes. This position is responsible for supporting clients by processing policy information, tracking applications, updating records, and providing exceptional customer service. Process and update client policy information accurately. Track and monitor insurance applications throughout the approval process. Create and update policy documents as needed. Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions and requests. Perform high-volume data entry and record maintenance. Review documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized electronic and physical files. Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed. Qualifications: 1-2 years of customer service experience required. 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
