Role Description and Responsibilities
The Medical Director will be responsible for the full scope of Veterinary Medical Director responsibilities while serving as the clinical leader of the hospital. This position combines hands-on patient care with leadership duties, allowing you to maintain an active caseload while helping to guide medical standards, support team development, and foster a positive and collaborative hospital culture. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional patient care, supporting team performance, and helping drive the continued success of the practice. This opportunity is best suited to an experienced veterinarian who enjoys mentoring others, leading by example, and delivering high-quality medicine within a supportive clinical environment. Practice Details
This hospital provides the full scope of GP services within a modern and thoughtfully designed facility focused on delivering exceptional patient and client experiences. Operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and remaining closed on weekends, the practice offers a structured schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance. The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology including but not limited to an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, Digital Dental X-Ray, and Digital X-Ray, allowing clinicians to efficiently diagnose and manage a wide variety of medical and surgical cases. Facilities include a fully equipped surgical suite complete with a pass-through window for sterile instrument storage and optimal surgical workflow, separate lobbies and kennel areas for canine and feline patients to create a calmer experience, and an in-house pharmacy to support continuity of care. In addition to its general practice services, the hospital also offers acupuncture and cold laser therapy, further expanding the treatment options available to patients. The combination of advanced equipment, modern facilities, and a patient-focused approach creates an excellent environment for practicing progressive veterinary medicine.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
