Position Overview Shift Manager at a McDonald’s® restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Responsible for leading daily shift operations, ensuring quality service, safety, and staff engagement. Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Support department goals and metrics during the shift. Manage key duties including Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Crew Management, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, and Training.
