What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager II, you'll manage multiple concurrent workstreams, develop clear project roadmaps, and track progress using industry-standard tools. Your proactive communication will facilitate collaboration with product, engineering, content, and design teams, while your strong organizational skills keep deliverables on schedule. By identifying potential risks early and implementing mitigation strategies, you'll help keep projects on track and ensure exceptional outcomes.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in project planning and execution, including scoping, sequencing, and milestone tracking
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
• Excellent and proactive communication skills with cross-functional teams and leadership
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, content, and design teams
• Adept at utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platform
• Proficient in roadmapping and status reporting tools
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Background in customer support, digital help content, or knowledge management
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience working within large, matrixed organizations
• Degree in communications or related fields
• Project management certification
