We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, staying organized, and supporting a variety of HR functions.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Human Resources Administrator will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to the HR department while serving as a professional and friendly point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and business partners.
This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and business partners
- Assist with employee onboarding, recruitment, employment documentation, and other HR activities
- Support day-to-day Human Resources administrative functions
- Maintain positive working relationships with management and other departments
- Coordinate catering, supplies, and notifications for customer visits and meetings
- Assist with employee engagement activities across facilities
- Support HR policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and special projects
- Help develop employee FAQs, resources, communications, and self-service materials
- Assist with employee communications and live-streaming formats
- Assist with production labor-hour data entry
- Participate in employer branding and recruiting initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–3 years of Human Resources and/or customer service experience
- High School Diploma
- Business or Human Resources degree, preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- HR administration and data-entry experience
- Professional, positive, and service-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems
